About the program

Through simulations and engaging hands-on activities, students will learn about how to prevent and adapt to climate change, empowering them to make sustainable choices in their own lives.

From solar tech to seaweed farming, students will gain unique insights into exciting sustainable solutions offered by cutting edge technologies as well as ancient knowledges of our natural world.

Our town-building game then asks them to apply these understandings collaboratively to create a resilient and desirable place to live. Focusing on solutions such as wind turbines, EV chargers, regenerative farms and community centres, students are encouraged to explore the world they want to live in and supported to consider how they can take action in their own lives to achieve it.

This program will occur off-site with the Future Now exhibition, three custom built scale models full of sustainable landscapes and innovative climate solutions.
