Bistro Gadi

Bistro Gadi, located on the top level of the Australian Museum serves up a fresh seasonal menu with a side of sensational views across Sydney and down to the harbour.

Crafted by Executive chef Keith Higginson, who has honed his skills at renowned eateries across Sydney and Europe, you will find a market table with fresh dishes to choose from.

This casual yet elegant bistro offers great value for money. Drop in for a quick bite or stay to savour the view over a glass of wine or coffee and cake.

Please note, Bistro Gadi will be closed to the public on the 21 and 25 June 2025 for private functions. Please visit Billabong Waterhole Café on Level 2 will be open for more food and drink options.



Billabong Waterhole Café

Recharge with a coffee and sandwich, fruit salad or snack at our family-friendly café, Billabong Waterhole. Located on Level 2, Billabong Waterhole offers a range of hot and cold food and beverages, take away or eat in.

Open 10am to 4:30pm daily.



Hintze Hall Espresso Bar

Hintze Hall Espresso Bar reopens Saturday 5th July for school holiday period. Located on Level Upper Ground (UG), Hintze Hall Espresso Bar is your first stop for excellent coffee, hot and cold snacks, or a glass of wine or beer after 3pm.
