Introduction
The Lemonpeel Angelfish can be recgonised by its yellow colour, blue markings around the eyes and blue median fin margins.
Identification
The Lemonpeel Angelfish is yellow with blue markings around the eyes and blue median fin margins. It has a strong, blue cheek spine and an orange-coloured operular membrane.
Distribution
It occurs in tropical marine waters of the Western Pacific and the islands of Oceania. In Australia it is known from the Great Barrier Reef, south-eastern Queensland, Cocos Keeling and Christmas Islands.
