Lea's Cardinalfish, Archamia leai Waite, 1916
Identification
Lea's Cardinalfish is yellow-brown dorsally and pale below. It has a pair of silver lines through the eyes and dark bars on the sides of the body, the widest of which is below the second dorsal fin. The species was described by Australian Museum Curator of Ichthyology Edgar Ravenswood Waite in 1916.
Distribution
It occurs in Queensland waters.
