Michael Kelly
Michael has over 30 years’ experience working across all the AM collections, whilst continuing a specialisation in book restoration and paper conservation. Working closely with the AM Archives and Rare Books, and Library (ABRL) collection he has carried out treatments and collection surveys across the ARBL collection to ensure best practice in collection care. Michael runs a successful volunteer program at CC&C to assist with the care of the library collection. In addition, Michael has facilitated the Outward Loans program, Exhibitions program, and been the chief operator of the anoxic chamber, a major part of our IPM program.
Qualifications
- Diploma of Fine Arts - The University of New South Wales 1982.
- Certificate III in Book Restoration - Sydney Institute of Technology 2001.
