Melissa Juillard is one of the Collection Care Conservators working with the Collection Care and Conservation team. This includes managing aspects of the Integrated Pest Management program for all collections, risk assessments, environmental monitoring, data analysis, and collection rehousing and storage projects. Melissa completed a Bachelors in Archaeology and Art History before completing her Masters in Cultural Materials Conservation from the University of Melbourne and has been with the team since 2020. Melissa has worked on a wide range of projects including the intensive treatment of four Egyptian cartonnage objects and research into safe storage of historic botanical wet specimens.
