In celebration of our newly opened Bloodsuckers: Nature's Vampires exhibition, this interactive animal display explores how different animals bite, pierce and feed in the natural world.

Back by popular demand, Feature Creatures will entertain with a live display of reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates - including snakes, frogs and a variety of insects.

Through a fun and engaging presentation, kids will discover how animals feed in different ways - snakes bite and inject venom, mosquitoes pierce and suck, and leeches feed in their own unique way.

This relaxed, interactive experience offers up-close encounters and plenty of memorable moments for curious kids.

Inclusions:

  • Interactive animal display presented by Feature Creatures
  • Reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates
  • Light educational content linked to feeding behaviours
  • Up-close animal encounters (species subject to availability)
