Bring the family for Reel Good Fridays, a special film series for kids and teens celebrating Australian wildlife, coastlines, and culture. Visit the new Surviving Australia exhibition (free entry) before or after each screening for a complete nature experience.

We kick off with Oddball (2015, PG), the heartwarming true story of a mischievous Maremma dog who becomes an unlikely hero protecting Warrnambool's little penguins from foxes.

On Janurary 16, come and see KANGAROO, a heart-warming family comedy about ex-TV personality, Chris Masterman, who becomes stranded in an Outback town outside Alice Springs. There, he teams up with 12-year-old Indigenous girl Charlie. The pair form an unlikely friendship and work together to rescue and rehabilitate orphaned joeys in the remote but stunning Outback community - an endeavour that proves to be life-changing for them both.

Then, marking January 26, join us for Storm Boy (2019, PG), the timeless tale of a boy living in isolation who rescues an orphaned pelican, naming him Mr Percival.

Teens aged 15+ will love the adventure of Bran Nue Dae (2009, PG), a vibrant musical following an Aboriginal student's raucous journey home from boarding school in the late '60s, who meets a host of unforgettable characters along the way.
