Profile

I collaborate with researchers and industry professionals on a variety of projects within the Australian Centre for Wildlife Genomics, including the DNA identification of birds and bats struck by aircraft.

With a background in research and conservation management, I am passionate about conserving biodiversity and advancing our knowledge of the natural world. I use molecular and other ecological techniques to answer questions about how the natural world works. My research interests are broad and include exploring the diversity and ecological functions of truffle fungi and the important roles of mycophagous mammals in Australian ecosystems.
