Emily is a bird watcher and bird enthusiast and owns a very spoiled green-cheek conure called Paco. Emily commenced employment with the Australian Museum in July 2020 and is predominantly involved with digitising and registering the museum bird specimens. Emily works as part of the Collection Enhancement Project and assists other collections when needed.

  • Graduate Certificate of Ornithology (completed 2021 with Charles Sturt University)
  • Bachelor of Science (Biology) (completed 2012 with Macquarie University)
