I focus on several amphibian projects including taxonomy and field work to resolve knowledge gaps in Australian and Southeast Asian frog species, using qPCR to detect the amphibian chytrid fungus, and assessing Southeast Asian amphibians for the IUCN Red List.

I am particularly interested in amphibian conservation, behavioural ecology, disease management and illegal trade monitoring and prevention.
