'Warrego Karampara', I think there's 6 old fullas there and it's sort of shaped like a bowl. It took me 15 years to carve that print; I started and I mucked myself up so I just put it away, and then one day it came and it’s the old fullas doing the ceremony and dancing.
Now remember what I told you about the Brolgas, they’ll come to you sometimes? And when the old fullas was there watching all this and playing the clapsticks and boomerangs and that, the Brolgas was dancing for them? That’s the story about the Brolgas, if you watch them they’ll do things. So that’s why I put them in there. And karampara means corroboree.
