He has led teams of environmental and Aboriginal education rangers for the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service, focusing on conservation science and ecological education. Andrew's work emphasizes landscape-scale ecological perspectives and the impacts of climate change on Gondwana World Heritage rainforest ecosystems. He specialises in bird language and nature connection workshops, offering both in-person retreats and online mentoring to help individuals deepen their relationship with the natural world.
